Growing up in Thorp, Wisconsin, Kit graduated from the University of Wisconsin at Madison with a Business Administration, emphasis on Marketing and Management. He moved to Las Vegas in 1985.
Kit has more than 37 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience. Kit started his real estate career at CBRE in 1985 until he moved to Voit Real Estate Services in 2003. Kit was recruited to R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 2016. He has handled more than $1.3 billion in transactions during the term of his career.
