Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, Dan graduated from the University of Arizona as a Double Major in Finance and Real Estate. He started his career in commercial real estate in 1983 as an intern with the former Grubb & Ellis. He later grew into a full-time position with a developer before leaving Tucson, Arizona for Las Vegas, Nevada.
Dan founded R.O.I. Commercial Real Estate in 1992. 31 years later, ROI is a thriving retail boutique commercial real estate firm with 18 licensed commercial real estate advisors with the greatest market share of landlord listings and tenant representation clients.
Specialties in retail include landlord representation, tenant representation, land sales, land acquisitions, development services, surplus properties and investment sales.
Member of The International Council of Shopping Centers for 30+ years.
Fun Fact: Dan sailed around the world on Semester at Sea in the fall of 1982 through The University of Pittsburgh.
